Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Willenwood Grove ships your orders with flat-rate shipping of $5 USD on all orders totaling under $50 USD. Shipping for orders over $50 is free.

In-stock orders will be shipped within 5 business days of order receipt. Please allow 7-10 days after shipping for your order to be delivered.

Willenwood Grove is only able to ship to the United States. For international shipping, please contact us at sierra@willenwoodgrove.com.

Willenwood Grove accepts returns of undamaged product(s), as long as the return is submitted within 30 days of your receipt of the product(s). Product(s) must be in undamaged and in good condition if you are returning for reasons other than a defect. Sale items are eligible for returns.

The buyer is responsible for paying return shipping on the product(s). We recommend purchasing tracked shipping, as we cannot process a refund if the returned items are not received.

If the return is accepted and returned products are received, Willenwood Grove will issue a refund for the original amount of the product(s), not including shipping. We will issue a refund within one week of receiving the returned item.

To begin a return, email sierra@willenwoodgrove.com with the order number(s) and name(s) of the product(s) you would like to return. We will reply with details of how to complete your return.

Willenwood Grove issues refunds on returned products, and on products which are shown to have defects which were not obtained during shipping. Refunds must be requested within 30 days of customer receipt of the item(s).

We cannot offer refunds on products which were damaged during shipping/transit. We cannot offer refunds on products which were damaged after receipt by the customer.

To request a refund for a damaged or defective product, please email sierra@willenwoodgrove.com with your order number, the product(s) you would like a refund for, and clear photos of the damage or defect.

If your order is determined to be eligible for the requested refund, we will credit your payment method the price paid for the item(s), not including shipping. We will issue a refund within one week of determining refund eligibility. It can take 1-2 weeks for the refund to appear on your account.
